SUMMERNET is looking forward to pursuing a policy of investment and innovation in SATCOM systems for bringing the digital revolution across entire ASEAN region through highly advanced next generation ultra-high throughput satellites by near future. To put this endeavour into perspective, SUMMERNET will be the owner and operator of two (2) ultra-high throughput satellites (“UHTS”), utilizing V-Band for the feeder link and Ka-Band for the user link.
Our SATCOM systems will play a significant role in 5G and Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) and beyond as a complementary solution for the ubiquitous wireless network systems and other network platforms. It will also play a key role to narrow down the growing digital gap between urban and rural/remote areas in the ASEAN region.
